Відновлення мовленнєвого спілкування при афазії у осіб післяінсультного стану

Дисертаційна робота присвячена проблемі відновлення мовленнєвого спілкування при афазії у осіб післяінсультного стану. Уперше здійснено комплексне вивчення особливостей порушення мовленнєвого спілкування осіб з післяінсультною афазією з урахуванням складної психологічної структури готовності до мовленнєвого спілкування, механізмів мовлення та особливостей їх порушення при афазії, а також з урахуванням особистісних реакцій на різку зміну мовленнєвого статусу осіб з афазією; розроблено, теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено методику відновлення мовленнєвого спілкування при афазії у осіб післяінсультного стану; визначено педагогічні умови оптимізації процесу відновлення мовленнєвого спілкування осіб з післяінсультною афазією.

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of speech communication restoration at aphasia of patients in post-stroke condition. A comprehensive study of the peculiarities of speech communication disorder of patients at post-stroke aphasia considering complex psychological structure of readiness for speech communication, speech mechanisms and characteristics of their disorders at aphasia, as well as the personal reactions to the abrupt change of speech status of persons with aphasia has been conducted for the first time. The methods of speech communication restoration at aphasia of patients in post-stroke condition have been worked out, theoretically determined and experimentally tested. The pedagogical conditions to optimize the process of restoration at aphasia of patients in post- stroke condition have been defined.
