Визначення складових здоров'я та його оцінка

Досліджувалися існуючі теоретичні та методичні аспекти поняття здоров’я людини. Вивчалися шляхи визначення рівня здоров’я особистості та критерії оцінки. Встановлено, що в цілісній оцінці здоров'я індивіда необхідно враховувати особистісні можливості, які можуть бути представлені як рівень фізичних, психоемоційних, моральновольових і ціннісномотиваційних установок.

Existing theoretical and methodological aspects of human health were investigated in this work. Conducted search of universal and accessible methodologies for realization of diagnostics human health. It is known, that health –is the condition of the body in which the individual is biologically complete , functional, functions of all components and systems are balanced, painful symptoms are absent. Also were studied ways to determine the level of health and evaluation criteria. Were proposed diagnostic computer program “Health, which consists of two blocks. It is designed to create a “scale of physical health and its use in mass preventive examinations of the populations. This methodology is based on creation of a formal express assessment of the health of the individual by simple clinical and physiological parameters that have quite correlation with the level of aerobic energy potential of the pronounced individual.Established, that in assessment of health must take into account the individual's personal opportunities, that may be presented as the level of physical, psycho-emotional, moral, motivation settings. New ways to determine the level of health of individual and the methods for the conversation and improvement can be perspective of the further scientific research.
