До питання щодо використання засобів, що підтримують при початковому навчанні плаванню

У статті на підставі аналіз літературних джерел наведено аналіз відношення науковців щодо застосування засобів, що підтримують при початковому навчанні плаванню. Проведений нами аналіз наявної літератури засвідчив наявність протиріч у думках науковців щодо доцільності використання засобів, що підтримують при початковому навчанні плаванню, що і обумовило актуальність обраної теми дослідження. Методи дослідження: аналіз, порівняння, дедукція. індукція, систематизація і узагальнення науково-методичної літератури та нормативно-правових документів. Дослідження проводились протягом 2023 року. Виявлено, що наразі на існує єдиної думки щодо ефективності застосування тих, чи інших засобів, що підтримують при початковому навчанні плаванню. На підставі аналізу думок науковців зроблені висновки про доцільність використання засобів, що підтримують при початковому навчанні плаванню. Фахівці радять для відпрацювання техніки рухів ніг застосовувати пінопластові дошки; техніки рухів рук – колобашки; у випадку, коли дитина довгий час не може опанувати «кролеві» рухи ногами – ласти; при буксируванні, як рухому опору, усуненні помилок в положенні голови, тулубу або у русі кінцівок – страхувальну жердину; при вивченні та удосконаленні стартового стрибка – надувні манжети (нарукавники).

The article, based on the analysis and generalization of these literary sources, gives the attitude of scientists regarding the effectiveness of the use of certain means that support the initial swimming training of children of different ages. Our analysis of the available scientific and methodological literature proved the existence of contradictions in the opinions of modern scientists regarding the expediency of using means that support initial swimming training. The above determined the relevance of the chosen research topic.
Research methods: analysis, comparison, deduction. induction, systematization and generalization of scientific and methodological literature and regulatory and legal documents. Organization of research: the research was conducted during 2023 in accordance with the thematic plan of scientific research of PDAFKiS for 2021-2025 on the topic "Theoretical and methodological foundations of training athletes in Olympic and professional sports" (state registration number 0121U108253). Conclusions. It was found that currently there is a consensus regarding the effectiveness of the use of certain aids that support initial swimming training. Based on the analysis of scientists' opinions, conclusions were made about the feasibility of using aids that support initial swimming training. Experts advise to use foam boards to practice the technique of leg movements; techniques of hand movements - kolobashki; in burn-out, when the child cannot master the "rabbit" movements with his legs - flippers for a long time; when towing, as a movable support, eliminating errors in the position of the head, trunk or in the movement of the limbs - a safety pole; when studying and improving the starting jump - inflatable cuffs (armbands).
