Філософська парадигма національної стратегії інтернаціоналізації вищої освіти

Abstract

У дисертації вперше з позиції філософії освіти проаналізоване поняття інтернаціоналізації вищої освіти, під яким розуміється динамічний процес поєднання та взаємопроникнення національних і міжнародних організацій, що забезпечують надання освітніх та дослідницьких послуг. Осердям інтернаціональної освіти є мова як прояв самобутності культури. Показано, що реалізація засад інтернаціональної освіти не може обмежуватися вивченням мов різних народностей або до суто академічної мобільності. Вона передбачає перегляд всієї системи освіти в усіх її вимірах: і з точки зору викладання окремих дисциплін, і з точки зору її мультикультурних позицій, адже інтернаціональна освіта відображає ідею інтеграції та різноманітності культур.In the thesis the concept of internationalization of higher education is analyzed for the first time from the position of philosophy of education, which is understood as a dynamic process of combining and interpenetration of national and international organizations providing educational and research services. The language, as a manifestation of the culture identity, is the center of international education. Proceeding from Heidegger’s thesis that "... the thought gives a word to the being. The language is the home of the being", it is shown that the implementation of the principles of international education cannot be limited to the study of languages of different nationalities or to purely academic mobility. It envisages a revision of the whole system of education in all its dimensions: both in terms of teaching individual disciplines and in terms of its multicultural positions, since international education reflects the idea of integration and diversity of cultures.
