Організаційно-педагогічний механізм удосконалення процесу фізичного виховання дітей шкільного віку: регіональний аспект

Серед актуальних проблем розвитку сфери фізичної культури важне місце займає проблема соціального управління удосконаленням процесу фізичного виховання в шкільному середовищі. Сучасний освітній процес в закладах загальної середньої освіти, заснований на реалізації концепції Нової української школи, характеризується суттєвим інтелектуальним навантаженням та високими вимогами до фізичного здоров’я школярів. Мета дослідження – встановити підходи до формування організаційно-педагогічного механізму удосконалення процесу фізичного виховання дітей шкільного віку на регіональному рівні. Специфіка управління удосконаленням процесу фізичного виховання в закладі загальної середньої освіти полягає у тому, що директор разом зі своєю адміністративною командою, учнями, батьками та представниками громадських структур має запроваджувати ефективну модель управління та співуправління з реальним посиленням ролі громадських структур. Встановлено, що організаційно-педагогічний механізм удосконалення процесу фізичного виховання дітей шкільного віку на рівні територіальних громад розглядається як сукупність організаційних форм, методів, інструментів та правових норм, які застосовують суб’єкти та об’єкти управління на основі принципів соціальної відповідальності.

Among the current problems of development in the field of physical culture, an important place is occupied by the problem of social management of improving the process of physical education in the school environment. The modern educational process in secondary education institutions, based on the implementation of the concept of the New Ukrainian School, is characterized by significant intellectual workload and high demands on the physical health of schoolchildren. The purpose of the study is to establish approaches to the formation of an organizational and pedagogical mechanism for improving the process of physical education of school-age children at the regional level. Effective management of the system of physical education of school-age children is ensured by effective mechanisms: political, regulatory, economic, organizational and pedagogical, motivational and informational and analytical. The organizational and pedagogical mechanism for improving the process of physical education of school-age children is presented as a complex system of interconnected elements (goals, tasks, methods, forms, means) and organizational influences at various levels (from the regional level of the territorial community to the teacher level), which ensures the regulation and coordination of the pedagogical process to achieve specific educational goals, improve interaction and activate participants in education and upbringing. It has been established that the organizational and pedagogical mechanism for improving the process of physical education of school-age children at the level of territorial communities is considered as a set of organizational forms, methods, tools and legal norms applied by subjects and objects of management based on the principles of social responsibility, social and public accessibility.
