Психологічні особливості трансформації подружніх стосунків під впливом воєнних подій

Анотація
Повномасштабне вторгнення російських військ в Україну кардинально змінило світогляд мільйонів українців, спричинивши глибоку трансформацію всіх сфер їхнього суспільного та приватного життя. Воєнні події стали потужним стресогенним чинником, що впливає не лише на психічне здоров'я окремої особистості, але й на найінтимнішу сферу людських взаємин – подружні стосунки. Сім'я, яка традиційно розглядається як простір безпеки, стабільності та емоційної підтримки, в умовах війни опинилася під впливом низки деструктивних факторів: вимушене розлучення через мобілізацію або евакуацію, втрата відчуття захищеності, хронічний стрес, страх за життя близьких, матеріальні труднощі, переживання травматичного досвіду. Подружні стосунки є складним, багатовимірним утворенням, яке зазнає суттєвої трансформації під впливом воєнних подій. Теоретичний аналіз дозволив визначити нам структуру, динаміку та основні чинники, що впливають на функціонування подружньої системи в екстремальних умовах. Емпірично виявлено та якісно описано типологічні групи подружніх пар за характером трансформації стосунків під впливом війни: конструктивний, деструктивний, амбівалентний та дистантний типи. Визначено основні чинники, що впливають на характер трансформації (довоєнна якість стосунків, психологічна зрілість партнерів, копінг-стратегії, комунікація, спільні цінності). Розроблено, теоретично обґрунтовано та впроваджено програму емоційно-фокусованої корекції подружніх стосунків у сім'ях, що зазнали вплив воєнних подій. Доведено її ефективність, що виявилося у покращенні комунікації, зниженні конфліктності, відновленні емоційної близькості, появі спільних планів та надії на майбутнє в учасників експериментальної групи. Результати роботи можуть бути використані у практичній діяльності психологів, сімейних консультантів, соціальних працівників, які надають допомогу постраждалим від війни.
The full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine radically changed the worldview of millions of Ukrainians, causing a profound transformation of all spheres of their public and private life. Military events have become a powerful stress factor that affects not only the mental health of an individual, but also the most intimate sphere of human relationships – marital relations. The family, traditionally considered a space of security, stability and emotional support, in wartime conditions found itself under the influence of a number of destructive factors: forced divorce due to mobilization or evacuation, loss of a sense of security, chronic stress, fear for the lives of loved ones, material difficulties, and traumatic experiences. Marital relations are a complex, multidimensional formation that undergoes significant transformation under the influence of military events. Theoretical analysis allowed us to determine the structure, dynamics and main factors that influence the functioning of the marital system in extreme conditions. Empirically identified and qualitatively described typological groups of married couples by the nature of the transformation of relations under the influence of war: constructive, destructive, ambivalent and distant types. The main factors influencing the nature of the transformation (pre-war quality of relations, psychological maturity of partners, coping strategies, communication, common values) were identified. A program of emotionally focused correction of marital relations in families affected by military events was developed, theoretically substantiated and implemented. Its effectiveness has been proven, which was manifested in improving communication, reducing conflict, restoring emotional intimacy, the emergence of joint plans and hope for the future in the participants of the experimental group. The results of the work can be used in the practical activities of psychologists, family counselors, social workers who provide assistance to war victims. Prospects for further research are seen in studying the long-term consequences of the impact of war on marital relations, developing differentiated assistance programs for different typological groups, and studying the features of child-parent relationships in families that have experienced the impact of war.
