Особливості педагогічних технологій у реабілітації людей з серцево-судинними захворюваннями

У статті розглянуті питання використання педагогічних технологій у реабілітації людей з серцево-судинними
захворюваннями. Визначені причини відставання фізичного аспекту реабілітації від медикаментозної корекції, до яких
відносяться низькі фінансові можливості пройти санаторний етап реабілітації, погана обізнаність хворих, незнання
елементарних правил самоконтролю функціонального стану, відсутність мотивації до виконання фізичних вправ, не
дотримання навичок здорового способу життя. Розроблені чотири основні етапи застосування педагогічних технологій,
це обстеження і оцінка загального стану, фізична активність, навчання правильному здоровому способу життя,
психологічна підтримка. Впровадження педагогічних технологій у реабілітації людей з серцево-судинними
захворюваннями допоможе поліпшити здоров’я хворого, зробити його життя більш активним та повернутися до
звичайного життєвого ритму.

The article deals with the use of pedagogical technologies in the rehabilitation of people with cardiovascular diseases.
Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of peoples’ mortality and disability in most countries of the world. The use of various
means of recovery of people with cardiovascular disease is a necessity of the present. The study identifies the reasons for the lag
behind the physical aspect of rehabilitation from medical correction, which is the low financial ability of people to undergo a sanatorium stage of rehabilitation, poor awareness of patients, lack of knowledge of elementary rules of self-control of the functional
state, lack of motivation to perform physical exercises, non-compliance with healthy lifestyle skills.
The essence of pedagogical technologies in the rehabilitation of patients was to create conditions for the restoration of
partially lost or weakened properties and functions of the human body of its natural potential of physical, emotional, spiritual and
moral forces. Adherence to the basic pedagogical principles in rehabilitation, such as accessibility and individualization, systematic
and gradual increase in requirements, contributed to the development of four main stages of the use of pedagogical technologies.
They included surveys and assessments of the general condition, physical activity, the training of the right healthy lifestyle,
psychological support. The introduction of pedagogical technologies for the rehabilitation of people with cardiovascular diseases will
help improve the health of the patient, make his life more active and return to normal life rhythm.
