Теоретико-методичні засади підготовки майбутніх учителів фізики з дидактичного менеджменту

Abstract

У дисертації вперше обґрунтовано, експериментально перевірено та впроваджено систему підготовки майбутніх учителів фізики з дидактичного менеджменту. Розкрито сутність поняття “дидактичного менеджменту”. Воно ґрунтується на: узагальненні положень теорії менеджменту щодо родового (від управління) і видового (від освітнього та педагогічного менеджменту) походження; засадах гуманістичної освітньої парадигми як сучасної методології сприйняття й осмислення педагогічних явищ, процесів, систем; наукових підходах до осмислення понять: дидактичне середовище, дидактична взаємодія, дидактичний процес, управління навчанням, моделі управління – як базових у системі дидактичного менеджменту.There is first developed, scientifically substantiated, experimentally verified and implemented system of training future teachers of didactic management physics. The essence of the concept of "didactic management" is substantiated and solved in the Thesis for the first time. It is based on the generalization of the concept of the management theory concerning generic (management) and specific (educational and pedagogical management) origin; on the ground of the humanistic educational paradigm as a modern methodology of perception and understanding of pedagogical phenomena, processes, systems; on scientific approaches concerning the comprehension of concepts: didactic environment, didactic interaction, didactic process, teaching management, management models – as the foundation in the system of didactic management.
