Освітня діяльність земств Чернігівської губернії у другій половині XIX - на початку ХХ століття

Abstract

У дисертації на основі виявлених архівних джерел і наукової літератури здійснено цілісний аналіз діяльності земств Чернігівської губернії; виявлено соціально-економічні, суспільно-політичні й національні умови становлення й розвитку освітньої діяльності земств Чернігівської губернії; визначені основні періоди (1864–1876; 1876–1894; 1894–1908; 1908–1918) та найважливіші напрями освітньої діяльності земств (організація і дидактичне забезпечення земської народної школи, початкової та середньої професійної освіти, соціально-просвітницька діяльність, підготовка учительських кадрів); розкрито внесок найпомітніших земських діячів Чернігівщини у розвиток земської освіти; подальшого розвитку набули ідеї, впроваджені земствами у розвиток національної школи; актуалізовано досвід освітньої діяльності земств Чернігівщини в контексті модернізації сучасної національної освіти в Україні.In this research for the first time: was found out the state of scientific objective development on the basis of complex research and systematization of basic scientific and pedagogical works and determined the directions of further research; the basic stages of Chernihiv province Zemstvas’ educational activity in (1864–1878; 1878–1894; 1894–1908; 1908–1918) were determined (arrangement and didactic provision of public school of Zemstvo, primary and secondary vocational education, social and educational activities, teachers’ personnel training); new material in education history of Ukraine was introduced into the science; the terms (social and political, economic, socio-cultural and national) of Zemvstva’s educational activity establishing were specified; the contribution of the most notable Zemstva’s figures of Chernihiv region in the development of national education; conceptual positions concerning determination of studies and education content in Zemstva’s educational establishments (objective, task, methods, principles, forms, organization) were further developed; experience of the educational activity of Chernihiv province Zemstva was brought up to date.
