Вплив проблемних задач на розвиток рухових навичок юних спортсменів

В статті розглянуто питання вивчення особливостей навчання рухових дій, які створюються
застосуванням проблемності перед початком дії або під час її виконання, та їх вплив на успішність розвитку людини.

В статье рассмотрен вопрос изучения особенностей обучения
двигательным навыкам, которые создаются использованием проблемности перед началом действия или во время его
выполнения, и их влияние на успешность развития человека.

The problem of studying the peculiarities of training of motion actions, which are
made by using the problem before the beginning of the action or during it, and theirs influence on the success in human progress is
considered in the article. This article is devoted to the theory and practice of movement skills training. During the research logical and
methodological analysis was carried out: training problematics as the principle of didactics, levels of problematic of the cognitive
activity and independence of the availability principle, its requirements, rules and conditions in the process movement skills training;
nature of the conflicts system, dialectic contradictions and the development of the regulation of movement and action systems;
psychophysiological mechanisms of movements regulation , in particular energetic and muscle synergies, motor system regulators in
spaces, subject and their sense bearing and symbolic regulators. In this research systematic analysis of movement skills,
pedagogical experiment, problematical methods, modeling, observation and introspection of experimental subject.
Problematics of training influence positively on volitive states of the student sensory-perceptual skills, movement regulators
and results problematic actions. Problem-based training improves movement skills , its aesthetic properties of reflection, designing
and solution of problematic tasks; properties of the action as an act of mastering it and actions as micro stage of its development.
Programs of a usage of problematic training in movement skills training with the principle of an availability of the system
conflicts, which contribute skills regulation.
