Методичні підходи до визначення мотиваційних стимулів занять старшокласників єдиноборствами

Мета − теоретичне обґрунтування та розроблення структурно-функціональної моделі створення стійкої динамічної мотивації старшокласників до занять східними єдиноборствами на основі сучасних методичних підходів та визначення педагогічних умов її ефективної реалізації. Наукова новизна полягає в можливості співвіднести попередні припущення щодо уточнення педагогічних умов побудови структурно-функціональної моделі мотивації старшокласників на шляху до ефективної реалізації занять єдиноборствами та у можливості використанні розробленого підходу в освітньому процесі середньої школи та у системі підготовки вчителів фізичної культури. Результати. У дослідженні використано методи аналізу та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури, систематизації педагогічного досвіду та моделювання. Можна вважати встановленим фактом взаємозв’язок ключових педагогічних умов формування мотивації, серед яких провідне значення мають професійні компетентності вчителя: використання варіативності змісту занять і сучасних методичних підходів; створення ситуацій успіху та формування позитивного соціально-психологічного клімату в класі. Висновки. Розроблено поетапну модель формування мотивації, що включає діагностичний, проектувальний, мотиваційно-стимулювальний, операційно-діяльнісний та оцінювальний етапи. Показано, що реалізація запропонованої моделі сприяє підвищенню емоційної залученості учнів до рухової діяльності, зростанню рівня фізичної підготовленості та формуванню стійкої внутрішньої мотивації до занять єдиноборствами.

The article examines methodological approaches to identifying motivational stimuli for senior school students’ participation in combat sports within the modern system of physical education. The relevance of the study is обусловлена the need to increase students’ motivation for physical activity and to identify effective pedagogical means for its formation. Purpose – to provide a theoretical substantiation and to develop a structural and functional model for creating sustainable dynamic motivation among senior school students to engage in Eastern combat sports, based on modern methodological approaches, as well as to determine the pedagogical conditions for its effective implementation. Scientific novelty lies in the possibility of correlating preliminary assumptions regarding the clarification of pedagogical conditions for constructing a structural and functional model of motivation in senior school students with the effective implementation of combat sports training, as well as in the potential application of the developed approach in the secondary school educational process and in the system of training physical education teachers. Results. The study employed methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, systematization of pedagogical experience, and modeling. A clear interrelationship between key pedagogical conditions for motivation formation has been established, among which the leading role is attributed to teachers’ professional competencies: the use of variability in lesson content and modern methodological approaches; the creation of situations of success; and the formation of a positive socio-psychological climate in the classroom. Conclusions. A stage-based model of motivation formation has been developed, including diagnostic, design, motivational-stimulating, operational-activity, and evaluative stages. It has been demonstrated that the implementation of the proposed model contributes to increased emotional engagement of students in physical activity, improvement of physical fitness levels, and the formation of sustainable intrinsic motivation for participation in combat sports.
