Формування рухової компетентності дітей дошкільного віку в умовах сучасного закладу дошкільної освіти

У статті висвітлено проблему формування рухової компетентності дітей дошкільного віку в умовах сучасного закладу дошкільної освіти. Обґрунтовано актуальність дослідження в контексті реформування дошкільної освіти України, компетентнісного підходу та пріоритету здоров’язбереження. Уточнено сутність поняття «рухова компетентність» як інтегративного утворення, що охоплює мотиваційний, когнітивний, діяльнісний і рефлексивно-оцінний компоненти. Розроблено систему критеріїв, показників та рівнів її сформованості у дітей 5-6 років. Представлено результати педагогічного експерименту за участю дітей старшого дошкільного віку, які підтвердили ефективність визначених педагогічних умов: створення розвивального рухового середовища, інтеграції рухової діяльності з іншими освітніми лініями, індивідуалізації навантаження, використання ігрових технологій та взаємодії з батьками. Доведено, що системна організація фізкультурно-оздоровчої роботи сприяє підвищенню рівня сформованості рухової компетентності дошкільників.

The article examines the problem of forming motor competence of preschool children in the conditions of a modern preschool educational institution. The relevance of the study is determined by the ongoing transformation of the Ukrainian educational system aimed at implementing a competence-based approach, humanizing the educational environment, and prioritizing the preservation and strengthening of children’s health. In accordance with the updated State Standard of Preschool Education, the development of motor competence is considered an important integrated result of the physical, cognitive, and personal development of preschool children. The study clarifies the essence of the concept of “motor competence” as an integrative formation that combines motivational, cognitive, activity-based, and reflexive-evaluative components. Their content is substantiated, and a system of criteria and indicators for assessing the level of motor competence formation in senior preschool children is proposed. The article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment conducted with children aged 5-6 years aimed at verifying the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of motor competence. The experimental program included the implementation of several interconnected pedagogical conditions: creation of a developmental motor environment, integration of motor activity with other educational areas, individualization of physical load, use of game-based technologies, and cooperation with parents. The results of the experiment demonstrated a positive dynamic in the level of motor competence formation in the experimental group and confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical model. It has been proved that systematic organization of physical and health-improving activities contributes to the development of motor skills, increases children’s interest in physical activity, and promotes healthy lifestyle habits.
