Підготовка майбутніх соціальних педагогів до супроводу професійного самовизначення старшокласників

Дисертаційна робота є теоретико-експериментальним дослідженням проблеми підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів у вищій школі України до супроводу професійного самовизначення старшокласників. Проаналізовано концептуальні положення та наукові підходи до даної проблеми, розглянуто зміст та особливості соціальнопедагогічного супроводу професійного самовизначення старшокласників. Розкрито сутність професійної підготовки соціальних педагогів і визначено критерії, показники та рівні їх професійної готовності до означеного виду діяльності. Теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено соціально-педагогічні умови, форми та зміст процесу підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів до супроводу професійного самовизначення старшокласників. Ефективність соціально-педагогічних умов та змістово-організаційного забезпечення підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів до супроводу професійного самовизначення доведено й перевірено експериментально.

The thesis presents the theoretical and experimental research of the problem considering the preparation of future social pedagogues to accompaniment in senior pupils professional self-determination as it is in the system of higher education in Ukraine. In the paper, the conceptual principles of the problem and various scientific approaches to the question have been studied and analyzed; the content end the peculiarities of the social pedagogical accompaniment in senior pupils professional self-determination have
been reviewed. Furthermore, the dissertation reveals the essence of the professional training for social pedagogues and the author determines the criteria and levels of their professional qualification. The paper also contains the theoretical grounds and results of experimental checks of pedagogical conditions, forms, and content of the very process of training future social pedagogues to accompaniment in senior pupils professional self-determination. The effectiveness of the pedagogical and organizational conditions suggested in the dissertation as necessary for efficient training of the future social pedagogues to accompaniment in the professional self-determination of senior pupils has been experimentally proved.
