Початкова школа Закарпаття в системних освітніх трансформаціях другої половини ХІХ - початку ХХІ століття

Дисертація є цілісним науковим дослідженням процесу становлення і розвитку початкової школи Закарпаття періоду другої половини ХІХ – початку ХХІ ст. як наслідково-залежних змін в її організації, управлінні, структурі, змісті освіти, детермінованих державно-територіальним підпорядкуванням регіону, а отже, соціально-економічними, суспільно-політичними умовами, системними освітніми трансформаціями за п’ятьма виокремленими етапами: 1848–1919 рр.; 1919–1938 рр.; 1939–1944 рр.; 1944–1991 рр.; 1991–2011 рр. Відповідно з’ясовано вплив на розвиток закарпатської початкової школи освітнього законодавства європейських країн (Австро-Угорщини, Чехословаччини, Угорщини), до складу яких періодично територіально входило Закарпаття та визначено сутність поняття «системна освітня
трансформація». Розкрито особливості організації і змісту діяльності початкової школи Закарпатського краю, досліджено й систематизовано провідні тенденції її розвитку. Розроблено авторську історико-системну модель формування початкової школи, виявлено та актуалізовано конструктивний ретродосвід, персоніфіковані ідеї розвитку початкової освіти Закарпаття.

Dissertation is a holistic scientific research of the process of the formation and development of the primary school of Transcarpathia of the second half of the XIX – beginning of the XXI century. Reasonably the process of the formation and development of the primary school of the Transcarpathia of the second half of the XIX – beginning of the XXI century as consequent and dependent changes in the organization, management, structure and content of the primary school, is determinated by the state-territorial subordination of the region and the corresponding educational transformation singled out in five phases: 1848-1919; 1919-1938; 1939-1944; 1944-1991; 1991-2011 years. Among the criteria of the designed periodization there are the chronology of the state-territorial subordination of the region, the interdependence of social, economic and political development, educational transformations, in particular, the forming of the network, typology, subordination of the primary school and etc. Here is determined the essence of the concept “the system educational transformation” as a subordinate and adaptive changes of the educational processes in the Transcarpthia region, which depend on a state-territorial belonging, the socio-economic, socio-political, organizational and pedagogical prerequisities, which depend on the legislative, educational and language policy of the state Dominant, which depend on the upholding of the national peculiarities in the multicultural region.
