Формування основ соціальної компетентності у молодших школярів засобами проєктної діяльності

У дисертації презентовано результати дослідження проблеми формування соціальної компетентності у молодших школярів засобами проєктної діяльності в педагогічній теорії та практиці. У дисертації теоретично обґрунтовано структуру, визначено критерії, показники та схарактеризовано рівні сформованості соціальної компетентності у молодших школярів, а саме: показники когнітивно-мотиваційного компоненту передбачають: усвідомлення соціальних норм, правил поведінки та моральні цінності; інтерпретація власного емоційного стану та розуміння соціальної реальності; емоційно-рефлексивний компонент включає в себе навички самоконтролю, саморегуляції особистісних почуттів; розуміння соціальних ролей та вміння їх притримуватись; навички сприймати незначні деталі соціальної ситуації; до показників операційно-діяльнісного відносяться навички ефективної взаємодії з суспільством, різноманітність техніки поведінки, комунікативні навички, особиста активність, навички самопрезентації та вміння вирішувати проблемні ситуації.

The thesis provides the results of the study on the formation of social competence among the elementary school students through project activities in educational theory and practice. The analysis of academic and pedagogical works has shown that the social competence of an elementary school student requires the following skills: to analyse the way the social institutions function, determining their place in them, and design strategies for their lives, considering the interests and needs of different social groups, individuals according to social norms and rules existing in Ukrainian society and other factors; to cooperate productively with different partners in a group and a team, play different roles and perform different functions in the team, show initiative, and support and control their own interactions with others; to use technologies for conflict transformation and constructive conflict resolution, achieving consensus, and taking responsibility for decisions made and their implementation; to set activity goals together, to plan, develop and implement social projects and strategies for individual and team action; to define the goals of communication, apply effective communication strategies depending on the situation, and be able to adjust emotionally to deal with others.
