Інноваційні підходи до організації та управління професійною підготовкою студентів на заняттях з курсу "ТМ гімнастика"

В роботі відображені проблеми організації та управління професійної підготовки фахівців в галузі фізичної
культури та спорту. Показані шляхи покращення організації занять з використанням методу «активного навчання»,
приведені результати змінення якості самостійної роботи студентів. Інноваційний підхід в організацій викладання курсу «ТМ гімнастика» дав змогу підвищити показники діяльності студентів по всім критеріям оцінки якості
навчання.

В работе отражены проблемы организации и
управления профессиональной подготовки специалистов в области физической культуры и спорта. Показаны пути
улучшения организации занятий с использованием метода «активного обучения», приведены результаты изменения
качества самостоятельной работы студентов. Инновационный подход в организации преподавания курса «ТМ
гимнастика» позволил повысить показатели деятельности студентов по всем критериям оценки качества
обучения.

The paper reflects the problems of organization and management of
professional training in the field of physical culture and sports. Ways of improving the organization of employment by the method
of "active learning" presents the results of changes in the quality of students' independent work. The efficiency of the method of
"active learning" at the sequence of formation of pedagogical skills that are used during the organization and holding of parts and
the lesson as a whole development of the individual modules of the curriculum: possession feed combatant commands (in place
and in motion); possession of the skills training of gymnastic exercises; ability to use the techniques of care and insurance in the
exercises on gymnastic apparatus; ability to organize and conduct classes by circuit training, outdoor games and relay races.
Determine the purpose of work - to develop a new approach of teaching practices using the method of "active learning". A
technique and organization of research included the development of monitoring of educational activity of students and its
components: cognitive interest and activity in independent work. Studies found the effectiveness of the method of organization of
classes using the method of "active learning". Reducing the distance from the provision of information to students and
independent assignments. An innovative approach in the organization of teaching the course "TM gymnastics" has enhanced the
performance of students in all the criteria assessing the quality of education. An important stage of research, which is planned to
continue until the end of the school year will be to identify the residual knowledge of students. At the same time, the amount of
educational material will increase due to such practical skills: methods of teaching gymnastics training organization with offices,
organizing and conducting parts and the whole lesson.
