Фізична реабілітація дітей з затримкою психічного розвитку

Стаття присвячена фізичній реабілітації дітей з затримкою психічного розвитку. Метою дослідження було
розробити та довести ефективність програми фізичної реабілітації дітей із затримкою психічного розвитку.
Методами дослідження є теоретичний аналіз спеціальної науково-методичної літератури з проблеми дослідження,
педагогічне спостереження, тестування рівня фізичного розвитку, педагогічний експеримент. Визначені та
обґрунтовані основні прояви затримки психічного розвитку. В статті розглянуто і систематизовано структуру
заняття фізичної реабілітації, підібрані комплекси вправ, які сприяли покращеню фізичних якостей дітей з затримкою
психічного розвитку. Висвітлено практичні особливості проведення фізичної реабілітації. Основна увага акцентована на
розроблені та впровадженні програми фізичної реабілітації дітей з данною категорією. Отримані результати свідчать
про значну ефективність використання засобів фізичної реабілітації дітей з затримкою психічного розвитку.

The article is devoted to the physical rehabilitation of children with mental retardation. The aim of the study was to
develop and prove the effectiveness of the program of physical rehabilitation of children with mental retardation. Research methods
are a theoretical analysis of special scientific and methodological literature on the problem of research, pedagogical observation,
testing of the level of physical development, pedagogical experiment. The basic manifestations of mental retardation are determined
and substantiated. The article deals with the systematization of the structure of the physical rehabilitation class, selected complexes
of exercises that have contributed to the improvement of physical qualities for children with mental retardation. The practical features
of conducting physical rehabilitation are highlighted. The research was conducted on the basis of the Rivne Center for early
pedagogical rehabilitation and social adaptation of children "Pahinets" and included the following main stages. The study involved
children with a mental retardation of 6-7 years old. In the beginning and at the end of the study, a survey was carried out on the
children of the main and control groups. During this period, a program of physical rehabilitation was introduced that included
exercises with exercise therapy, along with mobile games, obstacles that promote the improvement and consolidation of various
motor skills, the development of volitional and moral qualities. For more accurate information on the effectiveness of our program of
physical rehabilitation, children with mental retardation were divided into two groups: primary and control. The main focus is on the
development and implementation of physical rehabilitation programs for children of this category. The obtained results testified to the
significant efficiency of the use of physical rehabilitation facilities for children with mental retardation.
