Методична система застосування оздоровчих технологій у процесі фізичного виховання студентів

У дисертації вирішено актуальну наукову проблему, яка полягає у конструюванні методичної системи застосування оздоровчих технологій у процесі фізичного виховання, впровадженні її у здоров’язбережувальний освітній простір закладу вищої освіти та забезпеченні формування оздоровчої компетентності студентів. Розкрито зміст і структуру методичної системи застосування оздоровчих технологій в процесі фізичного виховання студентів, її теоретико-методологічні підходи, принципи, форми, засоби, методи.

The dissertation solves the actual scientific problem which consists in designing a methodical system of applying health-improving technologies in the process of physical education, introducing it into the healthcare-saving educational space of the higher educational institution and ensuring the formation of health-improving competencies of
students. The content and structure of the methodical system of the application of health-
improving technologies in the process of students’ physical education, its theoretical and methodological approaches, principles, forms, means, methods are revealed.
