Запит суспільства на «несистемних» політиків: до проблеми вивчення

Стаття присвячена аналізу феномену «несистемний» політик, причин їх виникнення у сучасній політиці. Осмислюється кризовий стан політичної сфери, дефіцит довіри суспільства до «системних» політиків, активне використання маніпулятивних технологій тощо. Досліджуються особливості їх діяльності та роль у сучасному політичному житті. Окремо приділяється увага цьому феномену в реаліях України. Обґрунтовується ідея щодо домінування популістичної риторики та діяльності політичних суб'єктів, що за допомогою засобів масової комунікації призводить до ставлення до цієї сфери як до «шоу». Посилення протестного настрою громадян і актуалізація необхідності «кращого життя» є основою електорального успіху «несистемних» політиків. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що домінування «несистемних» політиків за умов нестабільного розвитку суспільства є одним із викликів для затвердження демократичних цінностей та традицій. Вказується на проблему оновлення політичної еліти в Україні.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of «non-system» politician, the reasons for their occurrence in modern politics. The crisis state of the political sphere, public distrust of «systemic» politicians, the active use of manipulative technologies, etc. are analyzed. The features of their activity and role in modern political life are investigated. Separately, attention is paid to this phenomenon in the realities of Ukraine. The idea of the dominance of populist rhetoric and the activities of political actors is substantiated, which with the help of mass media forms the attitude of society towards this sphere as a kind of «show». Strengthening the protest mood of citizens and the actualization of the need for «better life» is the basis of the electoral success of «non-systemic» politicians. The attention is focused on the fact that the dominance of «non-systemic» politicians in the conditions of unstable development of society is one of the challenges for the establishment of democratic values and traditions. Indicates the problem of updating the political elite in Ukraine.
