Teaching methods and the formation of professionally oriented foreign language learning environment in conditions of university

The given article considers the problems of professionally oriented approach to teaching a foreign language to the students of non-linguistic specialties. The author describes some teaching methods for the formation of professionally oriented foreign language teaching environment in conditions of university. It is also concerned with the current importance of forming professional competencies, allowing future specialists to future work. The use of interactive technologies during the English language lessons are presented. The interactive form of teaching implies different methods: the method of problematic exposition; presentations, discussions, case studies, group work, brainstorming, the method of critical thinking, quizzes, mini-researches, business games, role plays, the method of questioning and others.
