У науковій статті висвітлено основні питання про систему удосконалення технікотактичних дій студентів ВНЗ у боротьбі самбо. Визначено алгоритм побудови системи вдосконалення основних прийомів боротьби самбо. Розкриваються такі фізичні якості борців-студентів, як швидкість, спритність, витривалість, сила, гнучкість, а також наводяться вправи, що сприяють їх розвиткові у процесі тренувальних занять.
