Abstract

У статті обґрунтовується вплив педагогічної практики на формування професійної компетентності майбутніх викладачів мистецьких дисциплін на магістерському рівні вищої освіти. Зазначено, що у професійно-педагогічній підготовці магістрів поєднується загальна психолого-педагогічна підготовка з специфічно-фаховою на основі компетентнісного та особистісного підходів. Визначено, що магістерська практика – це комплексний процес, в якому студенти виконують всі види діяльності, які визначаються їх спеціалізацією. Вона є важливою складовою частиною підготовки студентів університету до майбутньої професійної діяльності, яка покликана забезпечити формування професійно-педагогічних умінь і навичок, cприяє виробленню власного стилю викладання, формуванню професійної компетенції.The article substantiates the influence of pedagogical practice on the formation of professional competence of future teachers of art disciplines at the master's level of higher education. It is noted that in the professional and pedagogical training of masters the general psychological and pedagogical training is combined with the specific professional one on the basis of competence and personal approaches. It is determined that a master's practice is a complex process in which students perform all types of activities that are determined by their specialization. It is an important part of the preparation of university students for future professional activities, which is designed to ensure the formation of professional and pedagogical skills, the development of their own teaching style, the formation of professional competence.
