Деякі чинники формування готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до педагогічної взаємодії у фізкультурно-оздоровчій діяльності

У статті розглядаються деякі чинники формування готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до
педагогічної взаємодії у фізкультурно-оздоровчій діяльності. Аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури та літератури з
фізичної культури та спорту вказує на особливу увагу науковців до проблеми ефективної організації педагогічної
взаємодії, яка базується на засадах конструктивного співробітництва між вихователем і вихованцем. Продуктом професійної
підготовки є вчитель, який відповідає сучасним соціальним вимогам. Він є мобільним, здатним до творчого зростання,
впровадження інновацій, готовим до діалогу з учнем та до побудови відносин на засадах співробітництва та
конструктивної взаємодії.

In the modern conditions of educational modernization in
higher education, the society sets before the higher education establishment the tasks of qualitative training of the new generation of
sports personnel, which should correspond to the level of the best European standards in higher sports education. The authors
emphasize that in conditions of mobility of modern physical education and the implementation of European educational standards,
there is a need to update the content of professional training of the future teachers of physical culture in the higher education
establishment. Teachers of physical culture must be ready for the new demands of the labor market, be free to own a profession
related to physical culture and health activities in order to strengthen and preserve the health of students in general education
schools.
The formation of readiness of the future teachers of physical culture for pedagogical interaction in sports and recreational
activities is an actual goal and result of education in the institutions of higher education. The result of this process should be the
formed readiness of the future teachers of physical culture, able to conduct interpersonal dialogue, establish subject-subject relations
with students, and provide physical culture and health activities on the principles of cooperation of mutual understanding and mutual
acceptance.
In the article some factors of the formation of readiness of the future teachers of physical culture for pedagogical interaction
in sports and recreational activities are considered. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and literature on physical
culture and sports points to the special attention of scientists to the problem of effective organization of pedagogical interaction
based on the principles of constructive cooperation between a teacher and a pupil. The product of professional training is a teacher
who meets modern social requirements. He is mobile, capable of creative growth, introducing innovations, ready for dialogue with
the student and building relationships based on cooperation and constructive interaction.
