Фізична культура як учбова дисципліна : сучасний підхід до підвищення якості її реалізації

Автори статті на основі аналізу науково-методичної літератури визначають, що питання організації
спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності у вузах вказують на відсутність сформованої потреби студентів у систематичних,
самостійних заняттях фізичними вправами та байдуже ставлення до навчального процесу, що вимагає змін в організації
фізичного виховання у вищому навчальному закладі, сутність яких повинна зводитися до формування фізичної культури
особистості. Автори наголошують – у навчальному процесі доцільно відмовитися від стандартного змісту фізичного виховання і звернутися до особистості студента, його інтересів і потреб у сфері фізичного і духовного виховання.
Чинна система організації фізичного виховання у вищих навчальних закладах не може ефективно забезпечити
підвищення рівня фізичної підготовленості, здоров’я, мотивації студентів до занять фізичними вправами й спортом,
сформувати професійно важливі психічні та психофізіологічні якості Метою статті є виявлення і аналіз суперечностей,
що виникають при організації фізичного виховання студентів і обгрунтування шляхів їх реалізації. Контент-аналіз
програм фізичного виховання студентів вузів і порівняння його даних з реальним досвідом організації навчального
процесу, виявив ряд суперечностей, які полягають в обгрунтуванні доцільності підвищення якості та реалізації учбової
дисципліни «фізична культура» стосовно специфіки професійного спрямування вищого навчального закладу.

The authors of the article on the basis of the analysis of scientific and methodological literature determine that the
organization of sports and recreational activities in higher educational institutions indicates the lack of a developed need for students
in systematic, independent exercises and indifference to the educational process, which requires changes in the organization of
physical education in higher education institution, the essence of which should be reduced to the formation of the physical culture of
the individual. The authors emphasize - in the educational process, it is expedient to abandon the standard content of physical
education and apply to the student's personality, his interests and needs in the field of physical and spiritual education. The current
system of organization of physical education in higher educational establishments can not effectively provide an increase in the level
of physical fitness, health, motivation of students for exercises and sports, to form professionally important psychological and
psychophysiological qualities. The purpose of the article is to identify and analyze the contradictions that arise in the organization.
Physical education of students and justification of the ways of their implementation. Content analysis of the programs of physical
education of university students and comparison of its data with real experience of organization of educational process, revealed a
number of contradictions, which consist in the substantiation of the expediency of improving the quality and implementation of
educational discipline "physical culture" in relation to the specifics of the professional direction of higher education institution.
