Scientific postulates of budgetary resources as a part of state finances

Abstract

The theoretical aspects of the definition «budgetary resources» are studied; the author's approach to its interpretation is given; the factors that have effect on the formation of budgetary resources are described; their dynamics is analyzed.Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти сутності дефініції «бюджетні ресурси»; подано авторський підхід її тлумачення; виокремлено чинники, які впливають на формування бюджетних ресурсів; проаналізовано їх динаміку.
