Фізична терапія після оперативного лікування контрактури Дюпюїтрена

Проведено огляд літературних джерел з питання фізичної терапії після оперативному лікування контрактури Дюпюїтрена. Окреслена постановка проблеми дослідження, надано аналіз останніх публікацій провідних фахівців в галузі фізичної терапії з окресленого питання. Сформульовано мету та завдання дослідження. Розроблено комплексну програму фізичної терапії після оперативного лікування контрактури Дюпюїтрена на ранньому, пізньому та
відновлювальному періодах. Розглянуто застосування сучасних механотерапевтичних тренажерів, постіозметричної релаксації, кінезіотейпування, лімфодренажного масажу, кінезіотерапії у відновленні хворих після оперативного лікування контрактури Дюпюїтрена. Наведені методи добре поєднуються у відновленні хворих з іншими засобами для відновлення функції кисті та міжфалангових суглобів, профілактиці рецидиву, набряку нижньої кінцівки та можуть використовуватись спеціалістами в сфері медицини та фізичної терапії.

A review of the literature on physical therapy after surgical treatment of Dupuytren’s contracture was conducted. It was found that there are a small number of domestic and foreign programs for the recovery of patients with Dupuytren’s contraction after surgical treatment, which do not include the latest technical means, kinesiotherapy, lymphatic drainage massage to their programs. Given the above, it is relevant and appropriate to create a program of physical therapy for patients after surgical treatment of Dupuytren’s contracture with the use of modern facilities, kinesitherapy, lymphatic drainage massage, physiotherapy, ergotherapy and kinesiotherapy. The problem statement of the research is outlined, the recent publications of the leading experts in the field of physical therapy on this issue are analyzed. The purpose and objectives of the study are formulated. A comprehensive program of physical therapy after the operative treatment of Dupuytren’s contracture in the early, late and recovery periods was developed. The application of modern mechanotherapeutic ARTROMOT-F simulator, post-isometric relaxation, kinesiotherapy, lymphatic drainage
massage to reduce swelling, kinesiotherapy in the recovery of patients after surgical treatment of Dupuytren’s contracture are considered. The method of performing kinesiotherapy of the scar after removal of the sutures with the purpose of reducing the
growth of scar tissue and prevention of recurrence of the disease. Classes on the ARTROMOT-F simulator allow you to regain mobility of the affected interphalangeal joints in the postoperative period, through a passive action during which there was no active contraction of the joint muscles. The effectiveness of the impact is due to the fact that the passive movement in the joints is carried out on an individually selected program of physical therapy (the required amplitude of movements, it speed, force and pause on the flexion / extension of the joint). This combination of modern physical therapy will accelerate the recovery of patients with Dupuytren’s contracture after surgical treatment, restore the function of the brush and return it to active labor.
