Поліетнічність як конструкт modus vivendi

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу різних аспектів феномена поліетнічності, зокрема джерел його формування, його розповсюдженості у сучасному світі, його етнокультурних маркерів, його динаміки на національному, регіональному та локальному рівнях. Відтворюються особливості функціонування поліетнічності під впливом об’єктивних і суб’єктивних факторів, скажімо, характера розселення етнофорів, специфіки атмосфери міжетнічної взаємодії, політики держав щодо компонентів, які формують поліетнічність (алохтонне населення, етнічні спільноти, іммігранти), а також різновекторність впливу на суспільний розвиток поліетнічних країн та міжетнічні відносини. Обгрунтовується його характеристика як «modus vivendi»-конструкта.The paper refers to the analysis of different aspects the phenomenon “polyethnicity”, in particular the sources of its formation, of its wide-spreadness in contemporary world, of its ethno-cultural markers, of its dynamics at the national, regional and local levels. Particularities of the functioning of polyethnicity under influence of objective and subjective factors are reproduced, for example, the type of settlements of ethnophors, specificity of ethnic interaction, state policy concerning the components, which consist poliethnicity (native peoples, ethnic communities, immigrants), as well as its multi-directed effects upon the social development of polyethnic countries and interethnic relations. The characteristics of polyethnicity as “modus vivendi”-construct is substantiated.
