Дослідження кредитно-банківських установ півдня України в ХІХ ст.: особливості пошуку джерельної бази

Abstract

Метою публікації є спроба узагальнення ролі й місця джерельної бази дослідження кредитно-банківських установ Півдня України в ХІХ ст. та визначення особливостей пошуку цієї джерельної бази. Можна зробити висновок, що джерел для розгляду історії розвитку кредитно-банківських закладів дуже багато, усі вони дуже різноманітні та не рівноцінні. На жаль, далеко не всі матеріали збереглися. Крім того, якщо порівнювати джерела за кількісним і якісним складом, то, безумовно, можна говорити про те, що джерела щодо операцій державних кредитно-банківських закладів більш репрезентативні, ніж щодо приватних установ.The purpose of the publication is an attempt to generalize the role and place of the source base for the study of credit and banking institutions of Southern Ukraine in the 19th century, and to determine the peculiarities of the search for the source base. It can be concluded that there are many sources for considering the history of the development of credit and banking institutions, all of them are very diverse and not equal. Unfortunately, not all materials have survived. In addition, if we compare the sources according to their quantitative and qualitative composition, we can definitely say that the sources on operations of state credit and banking institutions are more representative than on private institutions.
