Питання впливу наукового знання на світогляд здобувачів медичної вищої освіти

У роботі на основі поєднання підходів філософії науки і філософії освіти досліджено змістовні аспекти впливу наукового знання на формування світогляду студентів та аспірантів медичних ЗВО. Визначено основні концептуальні питання, які зумовили логіку та методологію цього дослідження: відповідність навчальних дисциплін новітнім досягненням відповідних наук, відповідність систем освіти парадигмальним змінам у науці та культурі. У зв’язку з цим проаналізовано підходи до класифікації наук, тенденції диференціації та інтеграції в процесі переходу від класичної до постнекласичної моделі науки. Обґрунтовано, що сучасна медицина все більше набуває статусу синтетичної науки, оскільки вона органічно пов’язана не тільки з природничими та клінічними, але й із соціально-гуманітарними, інструментальними, технічними науками. Тому професійна підготовка здобувачів медичної вищої освіти потребує формування у них комплексних компетенцій. У роботі застосовано філософські, загальнонаукові і спеціальні соціологічні методи збирання, оброблення та аналізування інформації. Авторами у складі соціологічної групи Національного медичного університету імені О.О. Богомольця було проведено анкетне опитування студентів (3–5 курсів) та аспірантів університету (N=339).

The paper combines the approaches of philosophy of science and philosophy education to investigate the substantive aspects of the influence of scientific knowledge on the formation of the worldview of students and postgraduate students of higher medical universities. The main conceptual issues that determined the logic and methodology of this study: compliance of academic disciplines with the latest achievements of the relevant sciences, compliance of education systems with paradigmatic changes in science and culture. In this regard, approaches to the classification of sciences were analyzed, trends of differentiation and integration in the process of transition from the classical to postnonclassical model of science. It is substantiated that modern medicine is increasingly gaining the status of a synthetic science, as it is organically linked not only to natural, clinical, but also social and humanitarian, instrumental, technical sciences. Therefore, the professional training of medical students requires development of comprehensive competencies.
Philosophical, general scientific, and special sociological methods of collecting, processing and analyzing information were used in the study. The authors, as part of the sociological group of the Bogomolets National Medical University, conducted a questionnaire survey of students (3–5 years of study) and postgraduate students of the university (N=339).
