Роль спортивного суддівства у сучасному суспільстві

Метою нашого дослідження постало операціоналізація понять спортивного суддівства як соціального феномену. Для досягнення мети наукового дослідження, нами використовувалися взаємодоповнюючі загально-наукові
методи дослідження: аналіз і узагальнення методологічної, психолого-педагогічної та навчально-методичної літератури, концептуально-порівняльного та структурно-системного аналізу. Результати: у статті розглянуто теоретичні засади становлення феномену спортивного суддівства у сучасному суспільстві. Охарактеризовано ознаки соціального явища у спортивному суддівстві. Виокремлено зв’язки спортивного суддівства із іншими соціальними інституціями. Висновки. Отже, затверджено, що спортивне суддівство - соціальний феномен, так як є продуктом суспільного життя і свідомої діяльності людей і знаходиться в постійній взаємодії з іншими соціальними явищами.. Необхідно лише зрозуміти, чи достатньо феномен спортивного суддівства розвинувся, щоб його можна було вважати соціальним інститутом.

Today, the concept of "Refereeing" is very versatile and includes: judges, their system of training, specialists involved in the development of rules and ethics of the competition, organizers of competitions, various committees and commissions that resolve conflict situations, professional unions of judges, professionals who develop common principles for determining winners. It cannot be said that the study of judging as an integral part of sport has not been conducted, but it is usually of an applied nature, devoid of the theoretical basis, aimed not at qualitative improvement of the processes that accompany the judiciary, but at improving the already established system. The purpose of our study was to operationalize the concepts of sports refereeing as a social phenomenon. To achieve the goal of scientific research, we used complementary general scientific methods of research: analysis and generalization of methodological, psychological, pedagogical and educational-methodical literature, conceptual-comparative and structural-system analysis. Results: The article discusses the theoretical foundations of the phenomenon of sports judiciary in modern society. Characteristics of the social phenomenon in sports refereeing are characterized. The links between sports refereeing and other social institutions are
separated. Conclusions. Therefore, it is argued that sports refereeing is a social phenomenon, as it is a product of social life and conscious activity of people and is in constant interaction with other social phenomena. It is only necessary to understand whether the phenomenon of sports refereeing has developed enough to be considered a social institution.
