Послуга патронату в системі захисту та підтримки сімей з дітьми в об'єднаній територіальній громаді

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз історичних аспектів становлення і розвитку патронату над дітьми як альтернативної форми виховання; досліджено літературні джерела, присвячені висвітленню питання сімейних форм виховання; охарактеризовано зарубіжний досвід становлення патронатних сімей; розкрито особливості реалізації послуги патронату в системі захисту та підтримки сімей з дітьми в об’єднаних територіальних громадах України; проаналізовано вітчизняне нормативно-правове забезпечення патронату та визначено проблеми, з якими стикнуться громади в процесі запровадження послуги патронату.Patronate service in the system of families with children protection and support in the united territorial community. In the article the it has been analyzed the historical aspects of formation and development of patronage over children as an alternative form of education; studied the literary sources devoted to the issue of family forms of education; characterizedthe foreign experience of the formation of patronage families, features of realization of patronage service in the system of protection and support of families with children in the united territorial communities of Ukraine; shown the domestic normative-legal support of the patronage and the problems faced by the community in the process of implementing the patronage service are identified.
