Феномен освітньої політики в контексті цивілізаційного процесу

У дисертації здійснено філософську концептуалізацію феномену освітньої політики. Розглянуто інтерпретації освітньої політики сучасними напрямами філософії освіти. Досліджено зміну трендів освітньої політики у контексті сучасних цивілізаційних процесів, зокрема показано, що людська цивілізація входить в епоху «нової політики» у сфері освіти, обумовленої впливом глобалізації та віртуалізації на освітні системи усіх країн. Визначено, що головним трендом сучасної освітньої політики є
комерціалізація усіх аспектів навчання і виховання, який суттєво делегітимізує принцип рівного доступу до якісної освіти, що в свою чергу додатково актуалізує пошук адекватних відповідей світового та національного освітніх просторів головними стейкхолдерами – державою, комерційними структурами та громадянським суспільством.

The philosophical conceptualization of the phenomenon of educational policy was carried out. The interpretation of educational policy is considered by the modern directions of the philosophy of education. The change of educational policy of trends is researched in the context of modern civilization processes, in particular, it is shown that human civilization enters the period of «new policy» in the field of education due to the impact of globalization and virtualization on the educational systems of all countries. It is determined that the main trend of modern educational policy is the commercialization of all aspects of education and training, which essentially delegitizes the principle of equal access to quality education, which in turn further actualizes the search for adequate responses of the world and national educational spaces by the main stakeholders i.e. the state, commercial structures and civil society.
