Формування лідерських компетентностей у здобувачів закладів вищої освіти засобами фізичного виховання

В статті представлені педагогічні умови формування лідерських компетентностей у здобувачів закладів вищої освіти засобами фізичного виховання. Встановлено, що процес визначення ефективних умов і засобів формування лідерських компетентностей відбувається в освітній діяльності, а розвиток особистісного потенціалу здобувачів формується в суспільному та професійному житті. Мета дослідження полягає у визначенні педагогічних умов і засобів формування лідерських компетентностей здобувачів закладів вищої освіти засобами фізичного виховання. Під лідером розглядається член колективу, який здатний впливати на поведінку членів колективу, виявляти ініціативу, брати на себе відповідальність за діяльність колективу. Ефективність формування лідерських компетентностей залежить від організації освітнього процесу з фізичного виховання та структури фізкультурно-оздоровчої і спортивної роботи в закладі вищої освіти.

The article presents pedagogical conditions for the formation of leadership competencies in higher education students by means of physical education. It has been established that the process of determining effective conditions and means for the formation of leadership competencies occurs in educational activities, and the development of the personal potential of students is formed in social and professional life. The problem of the formation of leadership competencies in the process of physical education requires further scientific research. The aim of the study is to determine pedagogical conditions and means for the formation of leadership competencies in higher education students by means of physical education. The following methods were used in the study: analysis of scientific literature and regulatory documents (to study modern approaches to the formation of leadership competencies of higher education students; synthesis and generalization of pedagogical conditions and means of developing leadership competencies). A leader is a member of the team who, in important situations, is able to significantly influence the behavior of team members, show initiative in actions, and take responsibility for the activities of the team. Leadership in physical education involves the ability not only to manage people and processes, but also to adapt to changes, make responsible decisions, motivate team members, and effectively cooperate in team activities. The effectiveness of the formation of leadership competencies largely depends on the organization of the educational process in physical education and the structure of physical culture and sports work in a higher education institution. Therefore, it is necessary to create such pedagogical conditions that will influence the development of leadership qualities in higher education students, namely: creating an educational environment aimed at developing initiative and independence, developing purposefulness, endurance and self-control, courage and determination; organizing self-government and volunteering among students, participation in youth decision-making in the educational process and physical culture and sports events.
