Особливості реалізації освітньої політики щодо переміщених університетів України

Необхідність осмислення такого явища, як переміщені університети
України, обумовлюється багатьма причинами: 1) безпрецедентною за масштабом у ХХІ столітті гібридною війною, яка обумовила явище переміщених чи «розділених» університетів; 2) збільшенням у сучасній Україні кількості соціальних конфліктів у порівнянні з ситуаціями соціальної стабільності, консенсусу і гармонії; 3) інтенсифікацією і глобалізацією конфліктів та необхідністю удосконалення теорії і практики управління конфліктом.

The need for understanding of such a phenomenon as the displaced universities of Ukraine is due to many reasons: 1) a hybrid war, unprecedented in the twenty-first century, which caused the phenomenon of displaced or "divided" universities; 2) increase in the number of social conflicts in Ukraine if to compare with the time of social stability, consensus and harmony; 3) the intensification and globalization of conflicts and the need to improve the theory and practice of conflict management. The main problems faced by displaced universities include: 1) the imperfection of the legal framework; 2) unequal opportunities of the displaced and nondisplaced institutions of higher education taking into account the high competitiveness in the sphere of educational services; 3) insufficient financial and human resources to ensure the viability and proper functioning; 4) domestic and psychological problems of integration and social adaptation of students and lecturers.
We consider it reasonable to develop the conceptual model for the reintegration of displaced universities, which will become our further topic of research.
