Виховання в учнівської молоді прагнення до самостійності в процесі навчальної діяльності як психолого-педагогічна проблема

In the article the expedience of research of the problem of education of pupils’ aspiration to independence in the process of educational activities is exposed. The presentation of the content of the basic material on research of education pupils’ desire for independence in the process of educational activities is based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, government documents, curricula and programs, concepts of educational work, programmatic normative documents.
As a result of the use of theoretical research methods (analysis, synthesis, organizing, comparing, classifying, summarizing) the essence of independent activity and the criteria of the independent activity of the individual in the process of the educational activity; the nature and meaning of "independence" and "independence of educational activity" were turned out.
The content of the basic material also reveals the concept of creative independence of pupils in the process of educational activities: getting their own positive experiences as a result of cognitive activity; the achievement of the resonance motive "miracle"; providing pupils with "energy" help by the teacher; unconditional recognition of the pupils subjectivity . It requires new attitudes to the formation of creative independence of pupils in the educational process: the development of pupils' ability to work purposefully and according to the plan, choose the most rational methods of educational work, properly calculate and distribute their forces and consider the results of their own activities. The final results of the theoretical research on the problem of the education pupils’ aspiration for independence in the process of educational activities and the prospects of further study of the problem are exposed in the conclusions of the article.
