Філософсько-світоглядні основи трудового навчання та виховання сучасної молоді в системі ринкових трансформацій

Abstract

В роботі здійснено аналіз філософсько-світоглядних основ трудового навчання та виховання сучасної молоді в системі ринкових трансформацій в сучасній Україні. Визначено, що нова філософія трудового навчання та виховання потребує зміни змісту та технологій цього процесу, підготовки майбутніх вчителів трудового навчання та технологій виробництва. Проаналізовано сутність та механізми професійного самовизначення особистості, основні чинники цього процесу, цілеспрямована й системно утворююча роль освіти. Доводиться необхідність модернізації сучасної освіти в контексті спрямування на підвищення ефективності її впливу на професійне самовизначення особистості в системі ринкових та демократичних трансформацій.The work contdins basic philosophical- analysis of labour educdtion and upbringing of modern youth in the system of market transformatoin in modern Ukraine. It has been defermined,that philosophy of labour educdtion and upbringing need change of the contain and technology of this process.the trdining of future tedchers of labour and technology of industry. It has been andlyted the essense and mechanism of professional selfdetermination of the personality,the mdin aspect of this process,directing and system, forming the role of education. It is proved that the modernisation oh modern education is essential in the contextof the effectivity improvement on its influence in the systen of market and democratic transformations.The condusion is grounded, that professional selfdetermination of the personality is essential to cary out in the course of speddlity science-practical acivity-professional orientation,which is looked at as a system of egual interaction (through the system of educdtion and upbringing) of personality and society on the definite stages of human development,which is optimaly answered personality peculiarities and reguirements of labour market which able to compete stuffs.
