Характеристика системи підготовки спортсменів у паралімпійському спорті

Наукове знання щодо системи підготовки у паралімпійському спорті обмежені дослідженнями окремих сторін
підготовленості спортсменів у різних видах спорту. Метою даного наукового дослідження є обґрунтування структури
системи підготовки спортсменів у паралімпійському спорті. Для реалізації поставленої мети були використані аналогія,
аналіз, синтез, абстрагування, індукція, екстраполяція, аналіз передового практичного досвіду. В результаті дослідження
обґрунтовано систему підготовки спортсменів у паралімпійському спорті, що включає персоніфіковану, процесну підсистеми та
підсистему забезпечення. Персоніфікована система є відображенням взаємозв’язку між спортсменом, тренером та мікросоціумом.
Процесна підсистема включає процеси спортивної складової: змагання, тренування та відновлення, що забезпечують функціонування
педагогічної складової: навчання, виховання, розвиток та соціалізація. Положення системи підготовки спортсменів у
паралімпійському спорті реалізується на основі програм підготовки спортсменів.

Scientific knowledge about the
training system in paralympic sport is limited to studies of individual aspects of preparedness of athletes in various sports. The purpose of
this scientific study is to substantiate the structure of the training system of athletes in paralympic sports. To realize the set goal were used:
analogy, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction, extrapolation, analysis of advanced practical experience. As a result of the study, the
training system of athletes in paralympic sports, which includes a personified, process subsystem and subsystem of support, is
substantiated. The personalized system is a reflection of the relationship between an athlete, a coach and a microscope. Operation of the
process subsystem is ensured by the interconnection of sports and pedagogical components. The sports component is aimed at improving
and implementing the sports potential of athletes with disabilities and includes the following processes: competition, training and recovery,
each of which includes processes and phenomena that provide the implementation of the subsystem of pedagogical processes: training,
development, upbringing and socialization. Regulations of the training system of athletes in paralympic sport are realized on the basis of
training programs of athletes. In the practice of paralympic sports, the implementation of the theoretical and methodological provisions of
the training system of athletes and all its components is based on the establishment and implementation of training programs that should
reflect all of these sections. The effectiveness of the implementation of the training program depends on the coherence of the functioning of
all components of the training system. At the same time, the sporting result as an integral product of competitive activity in paralympic sport
is, on the one hand, a forming factor, and with another factor of socialization, development, education and upbringing.
