Педагогічні умови виховання музично-академічної творчості обдарованих студентів педагогічних університетів

У статті за допомогою теоретичних методів педагогічного дослідження розкрито сутність понять "педагогічні умови" та "педагогічні умови виховання музично-академічної творчості обдарованих студентів", а також обґрунтовано зміст кожної педагогічної умови виховання музично-академічної творчості обдарованих студентів. Окреслений матеріал спрямований на допомогу викладачам у створенні педагогічних умов виховання музично-академічної творчості обдарованих студентів, а також у професійному становленні майбутніх педагогів.

В статье с помощью теоретических методов педагогического исследования раскрыта сущность понятий "педагогические условия" и "педагогические условия воспитания музыкально-академического творчества одаренных студентов", а также обосновано содержание каждого педагогического условия воспитания музыкально-академического творчества одаренных студентов. Этот материал направлен на помощь преподавателям в создании педагогических условий воспитания музыкально-академического творчества одаренных студентов, а также в профессиональном становлении будущих педагогов.

The author of the article claims that a number of factors influence the efficiency of gifted students’ education in terms of music and academic creative work, in particular, pedagogical conditions, which occupy the major place. In this article there has been revealed the core of the notions such as: "pedagogical conditions" and "the pedagogical conditions of gifted students’ education in terms of music and academic creative work", and, also, there has been explained the intension of each pedagogic condition of gifted students’ education in terms of music and academic creative work with the help of theoretical methods of pedagogical research. The author considers that the pedagogical conditions are the efficient organization of educational and upbringing surroundings for successful realization of the pedagogical process, the formation and development of corresponding features and qualities of a creative personality. With the aim of determining the essence of the raised issue the author introduces the notion "the pedagogical conditions of gifted students’ education in terms of music and academic creative work", which is understood as the efficient organization of educational and upbringing surroundings for successful realization of the pedagogical process, the formation and development of corresponding features and qualities of a creative personality. N.Vasyl’yeva thinks that in order to form the basis for the successful implementation of the upbringing of gifted students’ music and academic creative work it is necessary to lay the foundation of the three pedagogical conditions:
1) Methods of students’ education in terms of music and academic creative work;
2) The personality of a student;
3) The personality of a lecturer.
It is very important to point out that the first pedagogical condition (the methods of students’ education in terms of music and academic creative work), is the major one, and the two other pedagogical conditions are subsidiary ones. The described material is aimed at helping lecturers to form the pedagogical conditions of gifted students’ education in terms of music and academic creative work as well as the professional formation of future pedagogues. In future the author of this article intends to adhere to the above-mentioned positions. Additionally, she is going to do an experiment on the basis of the stated information at the higher educational institutions of Ukraine for the purpose of the implementation of theoretical ideas into pedagogical work.
