Застосування елементів египетського масажу у фізичній реабілітації студентської молоді із патологією хребта

Дослідження спрямоване на удосконалення масажних технологій при патології хребта. Аналіз результатів застосування удосконаленої методики лікувального масажу з елементами єгипетського масажу у фізичній реабілітації 21 студентів 19–20 років з неврологічними проявами вертебрального остеохондрозу 1 ступеня показав її ефективність у зниженні больового синдрому, нормалізації психоемоційного стану, м’язового тонусу і функціонального стану хребта.

Исследование направлено на совершенствование массажных технологий при патологии позвоночника. Анализ результатов применения усовершенствованной методики лечебного массажа с элементами египетского массажа в физической реабилитации 21 студентов 19–20 лет с неврологическими проявлениями вертебрального остеохондроза 1 стадии показал ее эффективность в снижении болевого синдрома, нормализации психоэмоционального состояния, мышечного тонуса и функционального состояния позвоночника.

The research is aimed at improving the massage techniques in the pathology of the spine. Statement of the problem. Optimization problems of rehabilitation of youth with spinal pathology, the improvement of massage techniques available today are extremely important, because the prevalence and consequences in the form of permanent incapacity for work this pathology occupies the first place in the structure of neurological morbidity of the population (67-95%) [2; 4; 7]. Purpose - to analyze the efficiency of Egyptian elements massage therapeutic massage in the process of physical rehabilitation of young people with primary neurological manifestations of vertebral osteochondrosis. Methods: analysis of scientific-methodical literature, psychological testing, clinical examination of persons youth, the methods of mathematical statistics. The research was conducted on the basis Laboratory of improvingly-rehabilitation technologies of department of of health and physical rehabilitation of Institute of physical culture of the Sumy state pedagogical university. The research involved 43 students 19-21 years, which were found with initial neurological manifestations of vertebral osteochondrosis. For 22 student (comparison group) was conducted a course of 10 sessions of therapeutic massage by standard methods (classical and segmental-reflex massage), for other 21 (main group) - improved methods of therapeutic massage, that includes the application of special aromatherapy oils, Egyptian massage techniques. Conclusion. Analysis of the application of improved methods of therapeutic massage with elements of Egyptian massage at the physical rehabilitation of 21 students of 19-20 years with neurological manifestations of vertebral osteochondrosis stage 1 has shown effectiveness in reducing pain, normalization of psycho-emotional condition, muscle tone, and the functional state of the spinal column.
