Особливості перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації вчителів фізичної культури за кордоном

У статті на основі аналізу наукової літератури та інформації мережі Інтернет проаналізовано особливості перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації вчителів фізичної культури в зарубіжних країнах таких країн, як: Кіпр, Румунія, Чехії, Великобританія, США, Австралія, Литва, Швеція, Германія, Швейцарія, Угорщина, Франція, Словаччина. Розглянуто навчальні плани університетів, в яких здійснюється перепідготовка та підвищення кваліфікації вчителів фізичної культури (навчальні дисципліни, які вивчають слухачі, кількість кредитів, що відводиться на кожну навчальну дисципліну, загальний обсяг кожного навчального курсу, компетенції, які набувають слухачі в результаті навчання, терміни навчання, форма навчання); кваліфікацію, яку отримують слухачі після закінчення навчання та можливості їх працевлаштування у сфері фізичної культури і спорту.

It is stated in the article that the system of continuous vocational education at the beginning of the 21st century is characterized by reform processes. In today's conditions there is the need to reconsider the requirements for teacher training, including physical training teachers. It is noted that modern requirements for teacher training are conditioned by certain norms based on agreed values and recommendations. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the teacher should constantly update and refine his knowledge. These factors have caused the need to create an adult education system throughout their lives. The emphasis is placed on the study and analysis of the foreign experience of retraining and in-service training of physical training teachers as an important source for determining the strategic directions of postgraduate pedagogical education development in Ukraine. It is analyzed in the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature and Internet information, the peculiarities of retraining and in-service training of physical training teachers in foreign countries: Cyprus, Romania, Czech Republic, Great Britain, the USA, Australia, Lithuania, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Hungary, France, Slovakia. The educational plans of the universities are considered, in which the retraining and upgrading of physical training teachers (educational disciplines studying the students, the amount of credits allocated for each educational discipline, the total amount of each training course, the competences acquired by the students as a result of study, the terms of study , form of training); skills that students receive upon graduation and their possible employment in the field of physical culture and sports.
