Самоактуалізація особистості майбутнього психолога у процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено проблемі вивчення особливостей самоактуалізації особистості майбутнього практичного психолога у процесі професійної підготовки. Розкрито специфіку' самоактуалізації особистості практичного психолога, виявлено особливості усвідомлення студентами його змісту' і значення; критерії, рівні (високий, середній, низький) та динаміку у процесі професійної підготовки; здійснено порівняльну характеристику кроскультурних особливостей самоактуалізації особистості майбутніх практичних психологів на прикладі студентів України і Чехії; визначено зовнішні (соціокультурні умови, методи та форми навчання) і внутрішні (особистісна зрілість, самоставлення, життєвопрофесійні цілі) фактори впливу на протікання самоактуалізації особистості майбутнього практичного психолога. Створено та апробовано систему роботи з розвитку професійно-значучцих проявів самоактуалізації особистості психологапрактика та доведено можливість стимулювання самоактуалізації особистості на основі оволодіння студентами здатністю до самоуправління.The diseertation concerns the peculiarities of personality self-actualization of future practical psychologist during the vocational training. There has been exposed personality self-actualization specificity of a practical psychologist; there has been disclosed the peculiarities concerning students’ awareness of his essense and meaning; criteria, levels (high, mid, low) and dynamics during the vocational training; there has been made a comparative characteristics of crosscultural peculiarities concerning personality self-actualization of future practical psychologist - students of Ukraine and Chehiy: there has been defined external (social and cultural conditions, methods and forms of the training) and internal (personal maturity, self-appraisal, life and professional goals) influential factors concerning the process of personality selfactualization of future practical psychologist. There has been proved stimulation ability of personality self-actualization on the basis of students’ mastering to be able to selfgovem, and there has been created and tested tire system on professionally significant exposure development of personality self-actualization of a practical psychologist.
