Nowadays there are significant changes at the system of football – players’ preparing; this is cleared first of all at inculcation into the practice of learning work scientifically grounded methods of learning and improvement at technique and tactics of a game. At teams of high grade training devices, special devices, technical means of information are applied which can rise an effectiveness of training. The methods of pedagogical control for health, for a level of training as well as for preparing football – players to competitions are widely used. Many tutors of teams skillfully use these data for correction of today’s and other plans of work. The quantity of teams which have at one’s disposal effective means of acceleration of renewal after intense lessons are risen etcetera. There is the more and more meaning to preparing high – skill reserves of domestic football. The number of specialized football classes, schools is risen. Experienced trainers with special education, with great sport experience are attracted to the work with young football – players. The conditions for systematic rising qualification of trainers, for improvement their knowledge are created. The special literature for preparing young football – players are published in the country. But there is a situation when numerous trainers of club teams, specialized schools and classes, groups of preparing Ado not provide sufficient fresh reserves, reserves of full value to the leading clubs of the country. Only a number of 17 – 18 years old pupils of clubs come out at main teams of masters.
