Збереження і зміцнення фізичного. психічного, емоційного, соціального, духовного здоров`я майбутніх педагогів закладів початкової освіти

У статті розглядається проблема збереження і зміцнення фізичного, психічного, емоційного, соціального,
духовного здоров’я майбутніх педагогів закладів початкової освіти, охарактеризовано основні компоненти здоров’я.
Аналізується вплив усіх компонентів здоров’я на стан людини. Визначено що формування та закріплення у свідомості
студентської молоді основ фізичної культури, додержання здорового способу життя сприяють розкриттю
особистісного потенціалу особистості. Висновки можуть бути використані під час теоретичного обґрунтування та
практичної розробки методики збереження і зміцнення фізичного, психічного, емоційного, соціального, духовного здоров’я
майбутніх учителів початкових класів.

The article is devoted to the problem of keeping and strengthening physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual health
future teachers of primary education institutions. The article describes the main components of health. The work analyzes the impact
of all components of health on the human condition. It was determined that forming and fixing in student’s youth consciousness the
basics of physical culture, and the keeping a healthy lifestyle contribute to the disclosure of the personal potential of the individual.
The conclusions drawn in the article can be used during theoretical substantiation and practical development of a methodology for
saving and strengthening the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health of future teachers in elementary school.
At the present stage, particular attention is paid to improving the training of future teachers in elementary school, which, in
turn, will teach and will be brought up pupils in primary education institutions. Full value of a person's life primarily depends on the
state of health and physical development. The main task of modern education – is education of harmoniously developed, physically
healthy individual, the provision of appropriate conditions for their personal development.
Formation, saving and strengthening children’s and adult’s citizens of Ukraine health is one of the important problems of
our society. Current issues of the present are improving health, indicators of healthy lifestyle, possibilities for its realization and
means of influence on its formation. The global importance and urgency of the problem arose from the necessity of thorough
research into the phenomenon of human health and its components, the theoretical and methodological search justification and
attention to their own health, ways to strengthen it, healthy lifestyle and hence the involvement of preschool, secondary and higher
education until propagation of these ideas and creation of scientific, theoretical and methodological directions for solving this
problem.
