Медичний супровід та критерії допуску ветеранів з ампутаціями кінцівок до адаптивного спорту

В статті розглянуто основні проблеми та критерії допуску ветеранів з ампутаціями кінцівок до занять адаптивними видами спорту. Мета роботи: описати та систематизувати комплекс проблем спортсменів-ветеранів з ампутаціями кінцівок та розкрити зміст медичного супроводу та критеріїв допуску ветеранів до занять адаптивним спортом. Результати: Медичний супровід в адаптивному спорті - це комплексна система медичної та реабілітаційної підтримки людей з інвалідністю під час тренувань і змагань і складається з моніторингу стану здоров'я та реабілітаційного контролю. Медичні критерії допуску людей з ампутаціями до адаптивного спорту ґрунтуються на стандарті реабілітаційної допомоги при ампутації кінцівок та правилах Міжнародного паралімпійського комітету. Висновки:1. Адаптивний спорт для спортсменів-ветеранів з ампутаціями кінцівок є офіційним напрямом фізичної культури та інтегрований у систему державної реабілітації. 2. Тренування базуються на комплексному підході та поєднують фізичну реабілітацію, сучасне протезування, психосоціальну адаптацію та потребують медичного супроводу і чітких критеріїв допуску. 3. Для занять адаптивним спортом ветерани долають складний комплекс перешкод, для усунення яких треба багато зусиль та наукових досліджень.

The article considers the main problems and criteria for admitting veterans with limb amputations to adaptive sports. The purpose of the work: to describe and systematize the complex of problems of veteran athletes with limb amputations and to reveal the content of medical support and criteria for admitting veterans to adaptive sports. Results: The training process for people with physical disabilities in Ukraine has become part of a flexible system, where everything depends on the specific type of lesion and new state rehabilitation standards. Medical support in adaptive sports is a comprehensive system of medical and rehabilitation support for people with disabilities during training and competitions and consists of health monitoring and rehabilitation control. Medical criteria for admission of amputees to adaptive sports are based on the standard of rehabilitation care for limb amputation and the rules of the International Paralympic Committee. Medical and functional control (MFC) in adaptive sports is a holistic system of medical and pedagogical observations that allows assessing the health status, physical development and functional capabilities of veteran athletes with disabilities for safe and effective training. MFC includes regular diagnostics of the state of the cardiovascular, respiratory and musculoskeletal systems, which is necessary to prevent overfatigue and new injuries, especially taking into account the existing pathology. Conclusions: 1. Adaptive sports for veteran athletes with limb amputations is a holistic recovery process and an official direction of physical culture, which is integrated into the state rehabilitation system. 2. Training is based on a comprehensive approach that combines physical rehabilitation, modern prosthetics and psychosocial adaptation and requires constant medical support and clear criteria for admission to training and competitions. 3. Veterans overcome a complex set of obstacles to engaging in adaptive sports, which require a lot of effort and a lot of scientific research to resolve.
