В роботі розглядається питання щодо професійної підготовки правоохоронних органів у контексті континентально – європейської поліцейської організації. Вказані методи та принципи організації професійної підготовки на основі зарубіжної моделі. Аналіз викладацької діяльності, узагальнення наукової, навчально – методичної літератури щодо професійної підготовки правоохоронних органів.

Marked in-process, that in training of personnels of police of foreign countries has a considerable role of prestige of profession of constabulary. To necessary qualities of constabulary high professionalism which is arrived at not only due to deep professional preparation in professional establishments of education and also his permanent perfections during subsequent service is sure attributed. Positive experience of selection of shots is considered in some foreign countries. Іn the USA successfully one of most
difficult functions after a structure. The process of studies is organized so that most to approach work of the future of constabulary to realities of life. It is necessary to mark that the modern state of organization of professional preparation of constabulary foreign countries not that the models of organization and management studies are determined foremost the specific features of every state. At the same time there is a row of general conditions which quality of professional preparation of limbs of the law depends on. To them, in the first turn, belong: estimation of activity of police from the side of citizens, presence of legal base. Consequently, decision of tasks, directed on a construction in Ukraine of the legal state, it is impossible without the wide use all positive, that accumulated in this sphere not only domestic but also by a foreign theory and practice.
