Підвищення ефективності техніко-тактичних дій баскетболістів збірної команди непрофільного ЗВО

У статті розглядається проблема підвищення ефективності техніко-тактичної підготовленості студентських команд з баскетболу у непрофільних закладах вищої освіти. Висвітлено основні показники техніко-тактичної підготовленості спортсменів, серед яких виконання двоочкових, триочкових та штрафних кидків, підбирання та перехоплення м’яча, тактичні переміщення гравців. Для оцінки рівня володіння технічними елементами застосовано методи експертної оцінки, анкетування, відеозйомку ігор та педагогічний експеримент. Участь у дослідженні взяли 12 баскетболістів збірної команди університету та 5 тренерів. Педагогічний експеримент тривав два місяці і передбачав використання спеціально розроблених методичних рекомендацій. Результати показали позитивну динаміку у більшості техніко-тактичних дій, особливо у виконанні триочкових та штрафних кидків, підбиранні м’яча та тактичних переміщеннях. Отримані дані підтверджують ефективність запропонованої методики та її вплив на підвищення результативності змагальної діяльності студентів.

The article addresses the issue of improving the technical and tactical preparedness of student basketball players in non-specialized higher education institutions. Basketball is characterized by high dynamics, a large number of game situations, and the need for rapid decision-making, which requires athletes to have a high level of mastery of technical skills and the ability to apply them effectively during competitions. The study identifies key indicators of technical and tactical preparedness, including two-point, three-point, and free-throw shooting accuracy, ball interceptions, rebounds in offense and defense, and tactical player movements. To assess the level of skill acquisition, methods such as expert evaluation, questionnaires, video analysis of games, pedagogical experiments, and statistical analysis were applied. The research involved 12 student basketball players from the university team and five basketball coaches who participated in expert assessments and questionnaires. A two-month pedagogical experiment was conducted using specially developed methodological recommendations aimed at improving technical and tactical skills. Video recordings and expert evaluations were performed both before and after the experiment to monitor progress. The results revealed positive dynamics in most technical and tactical indicators. Notably, significant improvement was observed in three-point and free-throw shooting, ball rebounds, interceptions, and tactical player movements. The data indicate enhanced coordination, tactical thinking, and overall team interaction. The findings confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methodology in developing technical and tactical skills and increasing the competitive performance of student basketball players. This study provides a practical framework for coaches in non-specialized institutions to optimize training processes and enhance the athletic potential of their teams.
