Ефективність застосування іпотерапії у фізичній реабілітації дітей 6-8 років з ДЦП в умовах кінно-спортивного комплексу

У статті подається аналіз ефективності застосування іпотерапії у фізичній реабілітації дітей 6-8 років з
церебральним паралічем в умовах кінно-спортивного комплексу. Показано, що в процесі використання
реабілітаційного комплексу із застосуванням іпотерапії для дітей з церебральним паралічем в умовах кінно-
спортивного комплексу відзначається достовірне покращення величин досліджуваних показників, що може служити
підтвердженням ефективності використання іпотерапії для дітей з церебральним паралічем в умовах кінно-спортивного комплексу.

В статье дается анализ
эффективности применения иппотерапии в физической реабилитации детей 6-8 лет с церебральным параличом в
условиях конно-спортивного комплекса. Показано, что в процессе использования реабилитационного комплекса с
применением иппотерапии для детей с церебральным параличом в условиях конно-спортивного комплекса
отмечается достоверное улучшение величин исследуемых показателей, может служить подтверждением
эффективности использования иппотерапии для детей с церебральным параличом в условиях конно-спортивного
комплекса.

The article studies the use of
hippotherapy as a physical rehabilitation course for 6-8 years old children with cerebral palsy diagnosis in terms of equestrian
sports complex. It contains the results of the experimental study of gross motor and self-care functions of 6-8 years old children
with cerebral palsy before and after applying physical rehabilitation using hippotherapy in terms of equestrian sports complex.
Lying both on back and stomach, sitting on the floor, sideways overturns, kneeling, crawling, standing and getting up, sitting,
walking on one foot and self-care functions according to Barthel index are analyzed as the initial level of gross motor functions
indicators. The comparative characteristic is given of the above mentioned indicators before and after the application of physical
rehabilitation program using hippotherapy in terms of equestrian complex. Analysis is made of the effectiveness of the complex
in improving gross motor functions and self-care functions of 6-8 years old children with cerebral palsy. It is proved that physical
rehabilitation using hippotherapy in terms of equestrian sports complex has had a fairly pronounced effect on the performance of
gross motor functions and self-care functions. It is determined that the most significant changes occurred with gross motor
functions indicators of 6-8 years old children with cerebral palsy (lying both on back and stomach, sitting on the floor, crawling,
kneeling, standing and getting up, sitting, and walking on one leg) and self-care functions according to Barthel index. It is shown
that during the course of physical rehabilitation program application of the hippotherapy in terms of equestrian sports complex
has brought a significant improvement in the quantities of almost all the studied parameters: gross motor functions and self-care
functions, it can serve as proof of sufficient efficiency of the rehabilitation programm in terms of hippotherapy equestrian complex
for 6-8 years old children with cerebral palsy.
