Соціально-гігієнічні аспекти способу життя та особливості статевого виховання сільських дівчат-підлітків

Статтю присвячено проблемі способу життя та статевого виховання сільських дівчат-підлітків.
Представлені результати дослідження окремих чинників способу життя сільських дівчат-підлітків та здійснено оцінку
їхньої соціально-гігієнічної значущості.
В ході роботи були визначені тенденції слабкої обізнаності дівчат-підлітків щодо особливостей статевого
розвитку, методів контрацепції та запобігання захворювань, що передаються статевим шляхом.

Статья посвящена проблеме образа жизни и
полового воспитания сельских девочек-подростков. Представлены результаты исследования отдельных факторов
образа жизни сельских девочек-подростков и осуществлена оценка их социально-гигиенической значимости.
В ходе работы были определены тенденции слабой осведомленности девочек-подростков об особенностях
полового развития, методах контрацепции и предотвращения заболеваний, передающихся половым путем.

The article has been devoted to problem of rural girls-teenagers’ lifestyle and sexual upbringing. The results of
investigation of some factors of rural girls-teenagers’ lifestyle have been presented here and evaluation of its social-hygienic
significance have been carried out as well.
There are a great number of priority factors of lifestyle from the point of view of its influence on modern teenagers’ health, among them living conditions, education, upbringing, nutrition, bad habits, early hard work, low physical activity, psycho-social stress,
early sexual activity, irrational leisure and others. It has been identified that health lifestyle requires further promotion and in general
domestic stress on rural schoolgirls is stronger than on urban ones and it can be classified as increased.
Tendencies dealing with girls-teenagers’ weak knowledge about peculiarities of sexual development, contraception methods
and venereal illnesses prevention have been determined during carrying out of work. It has been established that problems of early
sexual activity among the young people and «rejuvenation» of age of beginning of intimate relations concern rural schoolgirls as well.
The age of the first teenagers’ sexual experience with other person is from 12 till 16 years, but the most common answer is 14 years.
Obviously, it is necessary to carry out considerable informative and educational activity dealing with increasing of sexual
relations security according to necessity of realization of health lifestyle ideas and principles in educational institutions.
