Сучасний погляд на проблему фізичної реабілітації чоловіків 18-25 років, хворих на хронічний обструктивний бронхіт, на санаторному етапі

У статті зазначено, що фізична реабілітація чоловіків 18-25 років, хворих на хронічний обструктивний бронхіт, на санаторному етапі спрямована на зменшення запалення в бронхах, відновлення і поліпшення функції зовнішнього дихання і серцево-судинної системи, підвищення опірності організму, покращення психологічного статусу та працездатності. З цією метою використовується комплекс лікувально-відновлювальних заходів, що включає застосування лікувальної фізкультури, масажу, фізіотерапії.

A chronic bronchitis is the illness named of the century next to the cardiovascular and the oncologic diseases, here morbidity and death rate at a chronic bronchitis in 8-10 times higher than the middle indexes. Such rise of deases is constrained, first of all, to the constant increase of atmospheric pollution, smoking which grows, and frequent epidemics of flu. Such diseases as an acute and a chronic bronchitis stand in the row of the most frequent reasons of the temporal and the proof no operability of population. In methodology of curative physical culture at a chronic obstructive bronchitis the main place is occupied by drainage exercises and drainage positions of body (postural drainage). All that makes a contribution to more effective omission the pathological secret from the lungs. A massotherapies’ assists the facilitation of evacuation of the content of bronchial tubes, the activation of expectoration, and the acceleration processes of normalization of the external breathing. It is marked in the article, that physical rehabilitation of men 18-25, patients with a chronic obstructive bronchitis, on the sanatoria stage sent to reduction of inflammation in bronchial tubes, the renewal and the improvement function of the external breathing and the cardiovascular system, the increase of resistibility of organism, the improvement of psychological status and the capacity. With that objective in view, the complex of restorative health events, this includes the application of the curative physical education, a massage, the physiotherapy.
