Вплив проведеної фізичної реабілітації на функціональний стан хворих на ХОЗЛ помірного ступеня тяжкості

Мета дослідження – вивчити ефективність впливу запропонованої методики фізичної реабілітації на
функціональний стан хворих на хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень. Проведено порівняльний аналіз даних обстеження 162 хворих на хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень у процесі фізичної реабілітації. Оцінку фізичних
можливостей кожного хворого проводили з використанням загальноприйнятих тестів із навантаженням. У хворих
основної групи раніше спостерігалася позитивна динаміка: зменшення клінічних симптомів, покращилось відходження
харкотиння, зникали хрипи у легенях, покращилось самопочуття. Застосування фізичної реабілітації призвело до
нарощування функціональних можливостей хворих, що виразилося збільшенням середніх значень функціональних
показників кардіореспіраторної системи у досліджуваних основної групи наприкінці дослідження.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is the leading cause of worldwide death related to disability and quality of life. COPD
reduces the quality of life by reducing disability, limiting normal exercise and impact on social activities. The purpose of the study is
to study the effectiveness of the proposed method of physical rehabilitation on the functional status of patients with chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease. A comparative analysis of the data of the examination of 162 patients with chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease in the process of physical rehabilitation was conducted. All patients were diagnosed with COPD, stage II,
moderate severity. By randomization, the patients were divided into control and main groups according to the principles of bioethics.
All patients were examined at the beginning and at the end of the study, under the supervision of doctors. The stage of COPD and
the degree of pulmonary insufficiency were determined according to clinical changes in the patient, functional status and
spirographic data. An assessment of the physical abilities of each patient was performed using generally accepted load tests.
Patients in control groups underwent treatment according to the protocol and rehabilitation according to the generally accepted
method, and patients with major groups – treatment according to the protocol and rehabilitation according to the proposed method.
The proposed rehabilitation methodology for patients in major groups provided for the use of optimal rehabilitation facilities subject to
the proposed regimen, taking into account the functional state of patients. At the end of the study, patients in the main group
experienced a positive dynamics: the reduction of clinical symptoms, improved sputum abscess, wheezing disappeared in the lungs,
and improved well-being. The use of physical rehabilitation has led to an increase in the functional capabilities of patients, which was
expressed by an increase in the mean values of functional parameters of the cardiopulmonary system in the study group at the end
of the study.
